Siegen/Hagen (NRW) – Shortly after Christmas, a murder squad at the Hagen police headquarters was concerned about a suspected homicide: a man was found dying on the street, and three suspects have now been arrested.
Man suffered stab wounds
On Friday, around 2:15 p.m., several people got into trouble on Bismarckstrasse in Siegen (NRW) in dispute. A 49-year-old man suffered stab wounds. Passers-by discovered the man on the sidewalk and called an ambulance. Despite all resuscitation efforts by doctors and paramedics, the victim could not be saved.
The victim and perpetrator knew each other
As part of intensive searches, three men (27, 30 and 51) were able to escape police be temporarily arrested.
According to the current status of the investigation, the 49-year-old victim and those involved knew each other. The background of the crime are still completely unclear – including how the respective men were involved in the altercation.
