Daniela Katzenberger has changed her lifestyle in the past few months. In a series of Instagram posts, the reality star shows off what she looks like today compared to before.

Slim and slim – that’s how Daniela Katzenberger has been presenting herself on Instagram for a few weeks now. The reality actress proudly shows off the results of her lifestyle, which is apparently focused on exercise and conscious nutrition, using before and after photos on the social network. This is also the case in her new video post, in which she shows what she looked like today compared to before.

In the video you can first see Katzenberger, wearing a bikini, getting into the pool. An overlay makes it clear what time the recording comes from: December 2022. A cut follows. Katzenberger can be seen at the same pool, but two years later. What the comparison is supposed to make clear: Today the 38-year-old looks slimmer and sportier than she did two years ago. Daniela Katzenberger wants to feel good

Daniela Katzenberger has been documenting her visual change for months, which is apparently due to a lot of exercise and a healthy diet. On December 22nd, she posted a collage of two images. In one photo her stomach is fuller. In the second picture, which was apparently taken later, she can be seen in a gym. She pulls up her T-shirt and presents her now significantly slimmer midsection.

In September, the TV star posted a video showing her preparing for a bikini fitness competition. She says she has fulfilled a “personal dream” this year. The clip is followed by a series of images, including one that shows Katzenberger sitting on the toilet and drinking a glass of water. Her comment: “That was the drainage phase. The hell of my life.”

In an Instagram post from October 1, 2023, her 37th birthday, Katzenberger let her followers know that she had lost ten kilograms. She also explained what motivated her to do it: “It wasn’t easy, but it just feels really good,” she wrote on a video in which she presented her slimmer body. “I didn’t really care what other people said about my figure, whether positive or negative, but at the end of the day I have to feel good, and unfortunately I don’t have that anymore.”
